Beyond the over 40% off of retail we offer on most of our watches, we also offer an additional savings for payment by bank wire. A bank wire is a direct transfer from your bank to ours, and because we don’t pay credit card processing fees when you pay with this method, we can pass additional savings along to you. Prior to shipping, your watch goes through a thorough inspection, a 24-hour computerized timing test, and is sent to an independent lab to be certified and appraised. This process usually takes 2-3 business days. In order to deliver the quality that we’ve become known for, we don’t like to rush this process. Once the inspection process is complete, your watch will ship insured via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the address. Total delivery and processing time is usually 3-5 business days.   Do you ship internationally? We are located in Hollywood’s historic Bank Towers on one of the most famous intersections in the country, Hollywood and Vine. We are open by appointment only. Appointments must be made 48 hours in advance.   Does this watch have any non-factory parts? We offer watches with premium aftermarket accessories such as bezels, dials, and bracelets to provide the variety and quality that our customers desire . Original dials are enhanced with hand-set diamond markers and refinished to their original luster. Diamond bezels are machine-set with high grade diamonds, and Italian-made bracelets are made to factory specifications to provide a like-new fit and feel.   Does this watch have a battery? Unless noted in the product description, the watches we sell contain an automatic movement, meaning they are powered by the motion of your wrist, not a battery. To ensure your watch keeps proper time when not being worn, we recommend storing it in a watch winder, which simulates this gentle movement.   Does this watch come with box and papers? Your watch comes with an independent certification and appraisal and ships in a custom travel case. If the watch comes with the original box and paperwork, it will be stated in the product description.
