Are you an Authorized Rolex Dealer?

In order to maintain its pricing structure, Rolex does not allow its Authorized Dealers to sell watches online. We are an independent retailer of pre-owned Rolex, not an authorized dealer, which means we can offer our customers a value that authorized dealers cannot.

How do I know you are a reputable dealer?

We maintain active memberships in the following organizations: the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT), the Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC), the International Watch and Jewelry Guild (IWJG), and the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors (NAWCC).

How do I know your watches are authentic?

Each of our watches is inspected for authenticity by one of our professional watchmakers. In addition, we have each watch independently appraised by the Los Angeles International Gemological Laboratory (LAIGL) to verify its authenticity and replacement value. Backed by the GK Scott Guarantee, you can rest assured that the watch you purchase is an authentic Rolex.

Can I have my local Rolex dealer authenticate my purchase?

Because of Rolex policy, your local Rolex dealer is prohibited from verifying any Rolex with custom additions (such as diamond bezels). If you purchase a watch with custom additions, we recommend taking it to a local independent watchmaker to have him/her check the serial and model number.

Where do you get your watches?

While we do occasionally purchase watches from individuals, in order to ensure the quality and authenticity of our timepieces and consistent supply, we source the large majority of our watches from an established and trusted network of suppliers.

Will my watch come with the original box and warranty paperwork?

The majority pre-owned Rolex watches do not come with the original box and papers simply because once the one year manufacturer’s warranty expires, most owners simply discard them. When a watch does come with the original warranty certificate, it will be noted in the "Product Details" section. Every watch that we sell will come with a brand new Rolex box.

What is the condition of the pre-owned watches we sell?

We only sell watches in like-new condition, which means there are guaranteed to be no scratches, blemishes, or signs of wear.

How long will it take to receive my watch?

Total processing and delivery time is usually 3 – 5 business days. If paying by cashier’s check or money order, please allow for the delivery and clearance time of the check or money order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Unless the item is being shipped within the state of California, you will not have to pay any sales or additional taxes.

Do you purchase watches?

We do purchase watches, so if you have a model you are interested in selling, please feel free to contact us. To expedite the process, it’s helpful if you have good close-up pictures of the watch as well as its model number and serial number. We can then give you a general estimate of what we would pay prior to an actual inspection of your timepiece.
