Two-Year Warranty
GK Scott offers a two-year limited warranty on all watches sold on our website. This limited warranty is provided directly by GK Scott.
Our warranty covers the watch movement and malfunctions due to manufacturing and material defects under regular use within the manufacturer's specifications.
The GK Scott warranty does not cover external damage to the product and specifically excludes damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, or clasps/buckles, and any other physical damage to the watch.
Having the watch serviced by a party other than GK Scott voids this warranty. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of abusive use or excessive wear and tear, and it does not cover water damage. GK Scott’s obligation under this warranty is limited to either repairing the watch or, at GK Scott’s option and in lieu of repairing the watch, refunding in full the purchase price of the watch.
 
Warranty Servicing
In order to return a watch for warranty service, please follow this procedure:
1. Call GK Scott Customer Care at 1.866.955.4GKS (4457) or email us at service@gkscott.com to obtain a repair authorization and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Send the watch back to us. Include the watch (without original packaging and manuals) with the following information:
Your name
Original invoice number (or copy of your invoice)
A brief description of the problem
Your return address, phone number, and email address
Do not include the original manuals or original packaging with your watch, as we cannot guarantee that these will be returned. Please pack your watch securely and use only FedEx to ship. GK Scott will cover all shipping and insurance costs incurred in returning the watch.
Watch service repair time can vary depending on your watch model and the specific problem. Warranty service repairs usually take 7 to 10 business days. When your watch service is completed, we will email a FedEx tracking number to you. GK Scott will pay for return FedEx Priority shipping.
 
Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee
 
 We guarantee every watch we sell to be genuine Rolex. Please note that, where stated in the product description, the diamonds used on the dials and in the bezels on our watches are custom aftermarket additions (not set by Rolex). If this is not the case, these items will be noted in the product description as 'factory' or 'original'.
 
In some instances, the original Rolex bracelet will be replaced by a high-quality, afterkmarket Italian-made bracelet. This replacement is performed if the original bracleet is too loose to meet our standards, and to ensure that the watch we ship to you is in showroom condition. If an original bracelet is used, it will also be noted in the product description as 'original' or 'factory'.
 
Due to Rolex, S.A's policies, authorized Rolex retailers are prohibited from providing verification of Rolex watches with custom additions such as diamond dials, diamond bezels, or aftermarket bracelets. If you wish to verify the authenticity of your watch, we recommend having a four-point inspection performed by a certified watch maker, during which time he/she will remove the bracelet to check the serial number and model number, and remove the caseback to check the movement and caseback ID.
 
 If you wish to return your watch because you have been told that your watch is not authentic, please have the party who performed this four-point inspection indicate in writing on industry letterhead which components he or she found to be inauthentic, and sign and fax this written inspection to us at: 866-673-2506. If any of the components in the four-point inspection are not authentic, you can return your watch for a full refund.
 
Seven-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Return Policy)
GK Scott continuously strives to offer its customers the highest quality of service and products. We stand behind the authenticity and operability of each watch we sell. However, if the watch is not as pictured or as described on our website, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price subject to the following additional conditions:

Returns must be sent to GK Scott within 7 days from the date you received them.

Merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was shipped. Merchandise that has been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

Please Note: The above return policy does not apply to special or custom orders. Special orders, which include watches not listed on the website and modifications made by request, cannot be returned or exchanged. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Instructions & Return Authorization: Please email sales@gkscott.com or call GK Scott Customer Care at 1.866.955.4GKS to obtain further instructions.

1. Re-pack your merchandise in its original packaging and shipping box.

2. Return your watch to us using our FedEx account. Mail your returned item to: GK Scott, LLC 608 South Hill St. suite 1005, Los Angeles, CA 90014

3. A refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price of your watch(es). Refunds will not include any shipping or insurance costs you incur in returning the item to us, and any shipping or insurance costs incurred by GK Scott will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item was not described on our site.

4. On International orders, refunds also will not include any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments, unless the item was not as described or pictured on our web site.


Once we receive the item and verify that the requirements described in our return policy have been met, we will notify you via email that your return has been processed and the full purchase price will be refunded, less shipping and handling.

If the watch you receive does not match the description or pictures on our website, we will refund 100% of the purchase price, less any shipping charges (including insurance) you incurred.
 
Receiving A Refund: If you paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the specific credit card account originally charged. If you paid by wire transfer, we can wire funds to you or send you a check. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
 
Redeeming Store Credit: Customer Care can also issue store credit for merchandise returned or exchanged within our 7 day return period. The credit will be issued at the time your returned merchandise is processed. The credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of being issued.
To redeem store credit as full or partial payment for an item, please contact GK Scott Customer Care prior to checkout at 1.866.955.4GKS. GK Scott credit may be used towards the purchase of any GK Scott merchandise. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and is void after the expiration date.
 
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item purchased at gkscott.com, we will exchange it for another item of equal or greater value or provide you with a store credit towards future purchases for up to 10 days from the date of issue. GK Scott will not cover the costs of shipping for exchanges.
 
Shipping Returned Merchandise: GK Scott does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs, unless the item your received does not match the picture or description on our website.
 
Shipping Information
GK Scott orders are shipped fully insured via FedEx or UPS unless your order is being shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO address. We will generally ship your item within three business days of receiving your payment. Expedited orders are shipped the next business day if payment is received by 1 pm Pacific Standard Time.
Please Note: For insurance reasons, a signature is required for all shipments. We will only ship to the primary billing address on file with the credit card being used to make payment.
 
Tracking your order: Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a FedEx tracking number, which will permit you to track your package online.
 
Expedited Shipping: We offer FedEx Next Day and FedEx Second Day shipping options. Payment for expedited shipping must be received by 1pm US Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, in order for the item to be shipped the next business day. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. Expedited shipping may not be available on certain items or in certain areas.
 
Payment Processing
We accept the following payment methods through our secure checkout system:

 

Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. All credit card transactions are subject to address verification. Our merchant system is secure and requires that we verify the registered billing address with the issuing bank prior to shipment of your order.
  Please Note: To help protect our customers, we will only ship to the registered billing address on file with the credit card being used to make the purchase.
 
Bank Wire Transfers: If you choose to arrange payment through your bank, you'll receive a 2.0% discount on the purchase of your item. The bank wire discount is applied before the shipping and insurance charge is added. Please email us at sales@gkscott.com to request Bank Wire Transfer instructions.
 
Cashier’s Check/Money Order: If you would like to pay via cashier’s check or money order, please email us at sales@gkscott.com to request our mailing address.
  Please Note: We do not accept personal or business checks as payment.
 
Sales Tax (CA): GK Scott is required to charge sales tax on all orders being shipped within the state of California.
 
Store Credit: To redeem GK Scott store credit as full or partial payment for an item, please contact GK Scott Customer Care prior to checkout. Store credit may be used towards the purchase of any GK Scott merchandise. GK Scott store credit is not redeemable for cash and is void after the expiration date.
